DALLAS – June 1, 2020, TollPlus, LLC today announced the appointment of Jesus Adrian Rincones, CPA as company Vice President Accounting and Finance. Rincones brings to TollPlus vast experience in the banking, finance, and transportation industries. Rincones will report to Antoine Cogez, Chief Financial Officer, TollPlus.

Prior to joining TollPlus, Rincones was the Chief Financial Officer for the Cameron County Regional Mobility Authority and was responsible for financial and operational functions. Rincones also successfully served as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner for Long Chilton, LLP, and as Vice President Investment Advisor at JPMorgan Chase.
Rincones holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas, Brownsville and is a Certified Public Accountant by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Rincones has relocated to Carrollton, TX along with his wife and three children to work out of the TollPlus corporate office.
