On March 24, the Government of India under Prime Minister Modi ordered a nationwide lockdown for 21 days, effectively limiting movement of the entire 1.3 billion population of India as a preventive measure against the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). TollPlus immediately implemented our business continuity plan to ensure continued support for our four active Central Electronic Back Office Application (CEBA) projects in India – ICICI Bank, Bank of Baroda, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Canara Bank – during this unprecedented time. Our Operations and Maintenance team quickly adhered to the Government COVID-19 mandate by enabling a telework policy and ensuring our employees have the tools required to meet our clients’ needs, while adhering to strict IT security guidelines. Our team has implemented numerous items such as repricing all tolls to zero; continuing to provide exceptional service and support to our valued banking clients. We will continue to provide support throughout this global pandemic, doing whatever we can to make our customers’ lives a little easier and less stressful.
